Crispy Smashed Potatoes

This is the best way I’ve ever eaten a potato! I love how they’re crispy on the outside but fluffy on the inside. And this walnut, anchovy, garlic, Aleppo chili flake, golden raisin dressing sounds crazy on paper but is so phenomenal. Trust!
